Body is made of heavy duty cast iron and rotor of light weight aluminium impellers where there is no contact between them so that no wearing parts exist

The bearings are mounted in independent cost iron housings; these housings are securely bolted to the inlet and outlet heads, and allow easy access for routine maintenance. The bearings are the only running contacts between the shaft and casing. the bearings are lubricated either using grease or by oil replenishment by a constant level oiler on the large machines.

Based on single stage compressor technology , this technology for large air flows represents high efficiency with integral gearing , inlet flow can be regulated by diffusers allowing to optimize operation
